A Song of Ice and Fire: Golden Company War Elephants

Soldiers train for just about any contingent out on the battlefield. However, few have any real strategy when they see a massive war elephant bearing down the battle line. With the Golden Company's deep resources, they can field these massive beasts, selling their services to anyone willing to pay thier price.

War Elephants are trained to get quickly into close combat and use their massive feet, giant husks, and powerful trunks to stomp, smash, and destroy all in front of them. However, they are still simply beasts, and not having a trained Golden Company handler nearby may cause the elephant to lose control. Still, their inclusion in a force can quickly tip the balance.
